Gaston, ouvrier aux principes justes, vit presqu’au comble de la misère. Pour subvenir dignement aux besoins de sa famille, il tente fortune à travers fonds communs et emprunts. Mais un jour, Gaston est dépouillé en rentrant chez lui. Sans désemparer, il part à la recherche de ses agresseurs. Sa plongée dans le monde trouble du grand banditisme lui dévoile un certain envers du décor : l’errance de quelques fonctionnaires, la corruption, le trafic, les collusions avec certains milieux d’affaires, l’exigence de la loi du silence… Gaston perdra ceux qu’il aime et sera amené, malgré lui, à basculer dans une clandestinité sans retour.
Gaston, a hard worker and honest man, is on the verge of poverty. To provide for his family with dignity, he takes his chances with mutual funds, loans, and borrowing. Then one day, as he’s returning home, Gaston is mobbed and stripped of everything. Relentlessly, he goes after his attackers. As he delves into the troubled realm of organized crime, he discovers another side of life: crooked civil servants, corruption, conspiracy, drug trafficking, the code of silence that governs the streets… In the midst of it all, Gaston will lose those he loves and become embroiled in an underground world of no return.
Гастон, работяга и честный человек, находится на грани нищеты. Чтобы достойно обеспечить свою семью, он пользуется возможностями, связанными с общественными фондами, кредитами и займами. Однажды при возвращении домой Гастона окружили толпой и забрали у него всё. Он выслеживает своих обидчиков и проникает во владения организованной преступности и узнаёт другую сторону жизни: нечестные госслужащие, коррупция, сговоры, незаконный оборот наркотиков, кодекс молчания, правящие на улицах… В разгар всего этого Гастон теряет всех, кого любит, и втягивается в подпольный мир, из которого нет возврата.
